Job Overview:
We are now recruiting an experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist. This role will focus on handling high-sensitivity, high-risk customer cases and provide key support for improving overall service quality and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handling Complex Customer Complaints: Independently responsible for managing various complex and high-risk customer complaints and escalated cases, including but not limited to:
Processing bank chargebacks and transaction disputes.
Negotiating and resolving refund disputes.
Dealing with customers involving legal risks or threats of legal action.
Handling customers who spread negative feedback on public channels such as social media. Team Support & Knowledge Sharing:
Assist in coaching and training new customer service agents to improve the overall skill level of the team.
Participate in or lead internal group training sessions.
