Cssc Front Line Representative (Ciudad Apodaca)

Your main responsibilities

• Answer customer chats from Grundfos website and Grundfos Product Center.
• Answer transferred calls from Grundfos local sites.
• Guide customers to the required information (literature, where-to-buy, service parts, spec sheets, warranty information, pricing, etc.) and/or routing them to Grundfos’ partners.
• Create self-help templates for customers to be loaded into chatbot.
• Work closely with Sales Engineers and Customer Sales & Support Center to serve the customers.

Your background

• An associate or bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 3 years of technical background.
• Fluent in English language both spoken and written.
