Job Description
The CT Engineer is responsible for CT jobs and provides well solutions through CT intervention. The engineer must interact with clients and field managers to determine job requirements and prepare job designs. The role includes data collection, equipment planning, team mobilisation, equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, and client communications.
Responsibilities
- Discuss with clients and field managers about well and job requirements; prepare job design.
- Collect full data on well status, completion status, corrosion, surface and subsurface pressures, temperature, production status, complications, etc.
- Prepare list of equipment, BHA, and chemicals required for the job.
- Instruct the team for mobilisation of units, chemicals, BHA, and other equipment along with suitable manpower according to the plan.
- Manage maintenance of units and allied equipment prior to field mobilisation.
