CT Technologist/Radiology Technologist

Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Radiology Services, performs Radiographic procedures and Computed Technology (CT) procedures to assist in a diagnosis of disease and injuries. The Technologist works effectively with patients and patients' families and maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel and is willing to cross train to become certified in CT. Computed Tomography (CT) ARRT certification obtained within one year from date of hire required.

Cross Training is possible if determined that there is a need within the department. If interested, communicate with the Manager/Director prior to cross training. Multi-modality is defined as being certified in more than one imaging modality. To be in a multimodality position you must have director approval and agree to work in any of the modalities that you are certified for and that there is a need for.
