CTC Cash App COE Associate Specialist - Spanish Language Expert

**Job Purpose and Impact**

+ In this role, you will execute moderately complex operational activities for Various businesses or functions across a designated regional process. In this role, you will handle interactions with multiple business units in various countries, as well as multiple banks, complex cash application processes and procedures
+ **Spanish language proficiency of either B2, C2 or C1 is a mandatory requirement as its a Language specific position.**

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Manage various Credit to cash activities, which includes processing Cash application, process intercompany transactions, handle retentions and month close activities.
+ Investigation of open items and aged items and ensure timely resolution and escalation of open items.
+ Responsible for Cash app KPI Metrics and month end reporting activities.
