Job Description
A Fractional CTO (Head of IT equivalent) is required to:
- Define and execute the digital product and AI/ML technical roadmap
- Oversee architecture design across ML, mobile application, and hardware integration
- Ensure scalable, production-ready system design aligned with MVP timeline
- Establish engineering standards including CI/CD, testing frameworks, and deployment processes
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, and data teams
- Manage technical risk, IP considerations, and system scalability decisions
- Support immediate onboarding and rapid stabilization of technical execution
- End-to-end AI/ML system architecture (preferably audio, signal processing, or time-series data)
- Experience building and scaling machine learning pipelines in production environments
