Requirements

Legal / Qualification / Certification

Minimum NQF 5 qualification in the hospitality industry City and Guilds Diploma in Food Prep and Cooking / Patisserie beneficial CATHSSETA scoping beneficial Certified to conduct outcome-based assessment

Knowledge / Skill

Strong computer literacy Curriculum and assessment knowledge

Experience

Minimum 5 years Culinary Arts experience as a chef Minimum 2 years lecturing / teaching/assessor #J-18808-Ljbffr
