Cultivation Lead - Mayflower Medicinals (Fall River, MA) What we are looking for… We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Cultivation Lead to guide day-to-day execution of plant care and harvest operations.

This role plays a key part in maintaining plant health, executing harvest cadence, and supporting training and task coordination across veg, flower, and harvest.

You will be expected to lead by example on the floor, support task prioritization, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the cultivation cycle.

This role reports to the Cultivation Supervisor and works closely with the post-harvest, QA/QC, and planning teams.
