Custodial Summer Student Pembroke Area

Engage in valuable custodial experience with RCCDSB as a summer student in the Pembroke/Petawawa Family of schools. This temporary role includes a variety of hands-on tasks supervised by the Plant Services Manager.
RCCDSB offers a summer student position focusing on general custodial duties across 20 schools. Candidates must be enrolled in secondary or post-secondary studies for September 2026 and possess strong organizational skills. Assignments will mainly take place within the Pembroke area but can extend to other locations in Renfrew County.
Key Responsibilities:
• Wipe and dust furniture and hard surfaces
• Vacuum and clean carpets throughout facilities
• Sweep, mop, and assist with floor maintenance
• Collect and dispose of trash responsibly
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms as required
Requirements:
• Enrollment in studies for September 2026
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
