Custodial/Cleaner

We are currently seeking a Custodial/Cleaner   with proven skills for apartment communities located in CRANSTON , RI .

A general knowledge of cleaning and maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready.


• Assist in the repair of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems as needed in a timely manner.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, the clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
