Custodian

Burmen Inc. is looking for a Custodian to join our team.

The Custodian will  handle General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.

This person should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people.

Responsibilities:

•   Cleaning: Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces Maintenance: Perform minor repairs like replacing light bulbs or unclogging pipes Stocking: Keep restrooms supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, and soap Trash: Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of trash in compactors or dumpsters Windows: Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Equipment: Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment like floor buffers and power washers Grounds: Mow and trim lawns and hedges, and clean snow from sidewalks Requirements: Follow verbal and written instructions Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Squa...
