Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customs documentation for import/export shipments.
Ensure compliance with local customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
Liaise with customs officers, freight forwarders, and clients to resolve clearance issues.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely clearance to avoid delays or penalties.
Maintain accurate records of declarations and permits.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in customs clearance (sea/air freight).
Knowledge of HS codes, customs regulations, and e-declaration systems.
Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
