Role Description

The Customer Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delta, BC. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. The Customer Account Manager will handle order processing, coordinate with internal teams on product availability and delivery timelines, and ensure accurate and timely follow-up on quotes and proposals. They will proactively build relationships with contractors and system integrators, identify opportunities to expand product usage, and support customers with product knowledge and basic technical information. The role also involves monitoring account performance, maintaining up-to-date account records in the CRM, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
