Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the Motion network to develop a strategic sales plan.
• Prospect new opportunities and work closely with other business units to maximize existing accounts.
• Manage your portfolio and ensure that customers receive premium service.
• Support the team with ad‑hoc requirements and customer service when possible.
• Drive and grow key accounts within your territory.

Ideal Skills & Experience

• 3-4 years’ experience in solution‑selling industrial products & services.
• Ability to identify and capture new business opportunities with existing customers.
• Natural problem‑solving skills, a curious mind, comfortable working with blue‑collar, construction & industrial stakeholders.
