Overview
Our client is seeking a Customer Allocations Lead to own the end to end allocation process when customer demand exceeds available supply. This role serves as the central point of coordination across Customer Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Planning, and senior leadership to ensure limited inventory is allocated in a disciplined, transparent, and commercially sound manner.
The role balances strong analytical rigor with operational execution and senior level stakeholder decision making. The Customer Allocations Lead is accountable for protecting strategic customers while minimizing downstream operational risk and organizational friction.
