Role Overview
Customer Care Analyst I – 12‑month contract with Global Business Services. The role focuses on validating and processing customer claims, managing exception claims, and improving payment processes to support Kimberly‑Clark’s global brands.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate validation and processing of customer claims.
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers to close exception claims requiring sales team assistance.
- Manage and update status of dispute cases to reflect the latest actions.
- Provide recommendations to improve efficiency in claim payment processes.
- Compile and review weekly claims exception reports for all customers.
- Liaise with Customer Managers when actions are required.
