Customer Care Consultant - Minchinbury, NSW

Doors Plus is an Australian owned company which has been in operation since 1989. We currently have 22 stores located across Australia and are the largest seller of retail doors in the country. We are well known for our No Fuss! brand and are considered an industry leader in the home renovation door market. 

The key duties of this role will be:

• Scheduling work for our installers. 
• Making appointments for our customers.
• Liasing with sales team members regarding customer bookings and requests.
• End to end customer service via phone and email. 

This role requires:

• Someone who can multitask across multiple platforms including in house scheduling systems, Microsoft Office and Outlook Express
