Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Assist with product information and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Remain knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- At least Highschool graduates
- With at least 6 months of CSR Experience (Healthcare would be an advantage but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Dedication to customer service and patient satisfaction
- The candidate must be capable of effectively managing phone calls
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule is required
