- Check the completeness of occupancy requirements for water and electric applications.
- Assist and address customers' concerns related to occupancy.
- Conduct the orientation of qualified buyers.
- Update occupancy reports as needed.
- Prepare transmittal of documents to various sections.
- Proper monitoring of documents to avoid deficiencies and delays.
Minimum Qualification
- Must have bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
- Preferably has at least 1-year of work experience related to customer service.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
