We’re hiring: Customer Experience & Internal Communication Executive (Full-time)

Studio Picante is looking for a composed, detail-oriented individual to manage all customer-facing communication and support internal coordination.


This role is focused on handling WhatsApp- and Instagram-based customer interactions, coordinating internally for order processing, and ensuring customers receive clear, timely updates. It is an execution-led role — not sales, styling, or marketing strategy.


Location: Mumbai (in-office preferred, flexibility when required)
