Customer Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Pharmacy channel strategy development & implementation to achieve profitable business growth and relationship with customers.
• The channel strategies need to be in line with shoppers marketing, brand strategies and sales objectives.
• This role will be working closely with shopper & customers marketing and sales department to ensure brand communications and trade execution are maximized in store.
• Cooperate with internal departments to achieve mutually agreed objectives.
• Implement sales strategy & sales plan.
• Contribute to development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, distribution strategies.
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers and distributors.
• Negotiate sales with existing and new strategic customers.
• Provide ongoing support to high value clients and ensure high quality customer service.
