Overview
Customer Development Manager – responsible for achieving company strategic objectives by leveraging knowledge of KC products and categories, internal and external sales and marketing data, customer management and trade operations. This role drives plans, negotiations and operations to meet sales targets and achieve profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor plans toward target achievement for assigned accounts.
- Manage and influence accounts to resolve customer issues and motivate merchandiser/promoter teams.
- Provide daily work direction to achieve sales targets within budget.
- Account management under VDI Distributor – Landers, Landmark, South Supermarket.
- Direct responsibility for achievement of sales targets of assigned accounts/territories.
