Job Description
Responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers by providing assistance, recommendations, and recommendations on best Globe products and services to meet their needs and resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face‑to‑face digital user assistance or education.
- Attends to sales and service needs of customers.
- Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system.
- Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions.
