- Support customers through calls, chat, and email channels
- Resolve issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
- Manage customer tickets and collaborate with internal teams
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting SLAs
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction
🧠 What We're Looking For
- 6 months–2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Candidates with proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada will be preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and customer-handling skills
