Customer Experience Center Administrator

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

The Customer Experience Center (CEC) which is located at the Hilti DIP office, is the venue used to host Customer Events, Product Demonstrations, and trainings. The role of the Customer Experience Center Coordinator will be to manage the space, as well as to coordinate with various stakeholders including Marketing, Logistics, Sales, and the Learning and Development teams.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

  • Welcoming customers to the Customer Experience Center (CEC).
  • Managing bookings and use of the facility, during customer events, training or product testing.
  • Inventory management of Hilti tools and consumables.
  • Coordinating the logistics and shipments of tools and equipment for the marketing and sales team members.
  • Event Management during launches and customer events; e.g. booth set‑up and supplier management.
