Position Summary:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and friendly team members to join our Customer Experience Team. As Ground Staff, you’ll help kids and families check in, play safely, enjoy snacks, and celebrate birthdays—all while keeping the space clean, welcoming, and full of joy.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a smile and help them with check-in and wristbands
Monitor play areas to ensure safe play and happy kids
Assist with cleaning, restocking, and general facility upkeep
Support birthday parties (set-up, hosting, cleanup)
Handle food and drink orders at the snack counter
