Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
- An electrical, Clinical Engineering Diploma or National Diploma in Medical Technology or any other 3-year related qualification is preferred for this role.
- Previous experience working in a field service engineering position within the medical or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with customers face-to-face and telephonically is essential.
- The successful candidate must have commercial sales experience, having worked within a diagnostic environment.
- Experience working with IT or LIS systems is preferred.
- Previous experience having worked with instruments, reagents and related products is essential.
- Providing technical service and support to customers with analyser, application, operator, and reagent queries, working closely with the sales team to drive sales growth...
