Job Description
The Customer Program/Product Manager (CPM) is responsible for the end-to-end execution of strategic customer programs, ensuring seamless alignment between customer requirements and internal cross-functional teams.
This role serves as the operational leader for customer engagements, driving accountability, visibility, and on-time delivery across engineering, product management, operations, quality, and sales.
The CPM ensures that customer commitments — including project milestones, engineering samples, and volume ramps — are executable, scalable, and delivered with excellence in a supply-constrained and fast-paced environment.
