About the role
The Customer Insights Manager leads the generation and application of insights across Auckland Airport’s customer ecosystem, including travellers, visitors, workers, partners and stakeholders. The role translates research and data into clear, actionable intelligence that informs strategic decisions and investment in products, services and experiences our customers value across the precinct.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential future customer research and conduct research projects using a range of research methodologies, collaborating, and reporting on customer experience research.
