Customer Marketing Manager On Trade (Madrid)

As Customer Activation Manager, you accelerate the execution of Diageo's commercial plan by partnering with sales, shopper marketing, and customers to drive brilliant in-store activation. You will lead activation planning, asset delivery, and measurement to shift shopper behavior and grow market share. You will work across field, national, and wholesale teams to ensure consistent brand presence and flawless execution. This is a hands‑on role that combines project leadership with a deep understanding of shopper insights to unlock category growth.
