Customer Operations Specialist - End-to-End Orders (FR/EN)

Prodalim, an international company in the Food & Beverage ingredients sector, is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to support its French-speaking customer portfolio. The Specialist will manage customer orders end to end and serve as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of service across the order-to-cash cycle.

Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles, be fluent in English, and have proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
