About the job
To reach our ambitious targets and guarantee the highest quality in our markets, we are currently looking for a Customer Quality Engineer who will be in charge of managing some customers with the objective to reduce the percentage of defectiveness of our products and non-quality costs.

This role is based in Fabriano (AN), Italy and reports to the Head of Quality Hoods.
Your tasks
Ensure customer expectations and contractual Quality requirements are met, checking their application in all the Project phases;

Ensure the continuous improvement processes, promoting changes aimed at increasing effectiveness and efficiency;

Ensure proper interface management with Customers for Quality aspects;

Contribute to measure customer satisfaction by interfacing the clients on specific projects if needed;

Ensure the execution of audits (internal and external) on Projects;
