As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will:Responsible for acting as the primary contact for customer complaints, nonconformances, and escalations; managing and resolving quality issues with timely communication. Responsible for leading structured investigations using tools such as 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys; implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
