Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Customer Quality Engineer


Position type: Fulltime - Contract role

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Santa Ana, CA



As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will:
  • Responsible for acting as the primary contact for customer complaints, nonconformances, and escalations; managing and resolving quality issues with timely communication.
  • Responsible for leading structured investigations using tools such as 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys; implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Responsible for coordinating customer-driven engineering or process changes; ensuring proper documentation and communication of impacts.
  • Responsible for developing and tracking KPIs; monitoring customer scorecards; presenting performance data to leadership and customers.
