The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and occasionally visiting job sites to engage with stakeholders directly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and positive experience for all parties involved.
