Customer Relationship Executive

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE We have an exciting, newly created role for a Customer Relationship Executive to be based in our London office. Initially the individual in this role will have significant interaction with existing and prospective customers, maximising our sales potential. It is anticipated that after several months in this role and cross-training within the business, the role will naturally segue into a commodities broking position.

Key responsibilities: Execute our sales strategy targeting hedge funds, investment banks, ship owners, oil refineries, miners and grain companies in line with business development strategy Proactively maintain and enhance existing relationships with clients as well as source new clients, aiding them through the on-boarding process in conjunction with compliance; develop cross-selling opportunities to secure new revenue streams Communicate on an agreed regular basis to all relevant stakeholders Conduct lead generation activity, ta...
