Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join my client's new project, based in Eurocentral on an ongoing contract. You will be based on-site for the first 1‑2 weeks of training, with the option of flexible working once you are fully trained, though you may still be required to attend on‑site training or team days as management sees fit.
To apply, you must hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, as Eurocentral is not easily accessible by public transport if you do not live locally.
You will work Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑17:00 or 10:00‑18:00, with flexibility required for this new project. Occasional weekends may be required once trained, with rest days during the week.
The salary will be £12.82 per hour on a 37.5‑hour working week.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to drivers and managers regarding parcel volume risks
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues
