    As a Customer Services Administrator, you will carry out the following duties:

  • Provide support to customers, installers and end-users via email and telephone
  • Give accurate advice on all the company’s product ranges, including resolving product enquiries
  • Processing sales orders
  • Help maintain and update the company database
