Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, payments, and product support
- Provide professional customer service experience
- Troubleshoot basic technical/device-related issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Mandarin is an added advantage
