Customer Service Advisor | Manufacturer-Approved Commercial Vehicle Service and Repair Operation

Join a leading manufacturer-approved commercial vehicle service and repair operation in Exeter. We’re looking for an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR to be the key link between our customers and busy workshop team.

This role would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a similar environment, such as a dealership, commercial vehicle workshop, service centre, or passenger car aftersales operation.

The Role

• Accurately capture customer and vehicle information at first point of contact
• Book vehicles into the workshop and maximise workshop capacity
• Raise job cards and prepare all required documentation
• Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and repair status
• Explain completed repairs and service requirements
• Coordinate MOTs, inspections and warranty-related enquiries
