Position overview:
Working within Technical Services Customer Operations Helpdesk, in a fast paced and challenging environment providing Facilities Management support and Customer service 24/7, days per year. Working 7pm till 7am 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Part of a team who are the central point of contact for customers and operational colleagues.
