About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support via e‑mail, phone and social media, resolving incidents and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by e‑mail, phone, and chat.
  • Handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within defined time limits.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer accounts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take initiative to engage customers and improve their experience.
  • Support the Operations Department when required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in User Support or Customer Service.
  • Proficient with Zendesk (preferred).
