About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support via e‑mail, phone and social media, resolving incidents and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by e‑mail, phone, and chat.
- Handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within defined time limits.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take initiative to engage customers and improve their experience.
- Support the Operations Department when required.
