We are actively recruiting for a Customer Solution Agent to join our local Customer Service Centre at Perth Airport. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for capturing orders, providing delivery updates and resolving a variety of enquiries. As the primary contact for our customers, you will actively partner with internal departments to ensure that all requirements are met.
This is a fantastic stepping stone into the construction industry. Full training on processes and systems will be provided.
Successful candidates will be offered full-time hours across Monday to Friday, and overtime on Saturdays.
