Kushesh Express is looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate must have strong logistics, courier, and distribution experience and be able to manage escalations, customer accounts, shipment tracking, POD requests, and operational follow-ups professionally and efficiently. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3–5 years experience in logistics, courier, or distribution MUST have logistics/distribution experience — candidates without this experience will not be considered Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with tracking systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure Strong administrative and reporting skills Must be a good cultural fit within the team and company environment Advantageous Healthcare logistics experience Winfreight knowledge Team leader experience Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
