Job Description

A support role within our Meetings & Events team, responsible for post-event billing reconciliation, vendor coordination, and data administration activities across global markets and customer accounts. This role partners closely with Meeting Planners to manage and maintain data across internal and client-facing systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless end-to-end execution. The individual will also support data reconciliation activities across multiple technology platforms while driving operational efficiency and adherence to SLAs and KPIs. What You’ll Do Receive, review, cross check and analyze the event budgets assigned via Meetings & Events’ internal Project Management tool (Meeting Central).
