Overview
_Responsible for the company’s customer service, sales, and marketing on a year-round basis. Main duties include: Managing reservations and handling customer inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms (Bokun, Viator, GetYourGuide). Preparing and sending offers and quotes to customers. Coordinating tour schedules and communicating with guides to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintaining relationships and communication with partner companies and organizations, such as VisitRovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. Its important: Creating, planning, and scheduling marketing content for the company’s social media channels (Instagram and Facebook). Managing and responding to customer reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and booking platforms. Supporting the company’s daily tasks and administrative operations. Other tasks may include driving in the snow and assisting on tours such as Northern Lightss_
