Customer Relationship Coordinator / Operations Support
The Customer Relationship Coordinator (CRC) plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence within our service and repair center.
This multifaceted position requires a highly organized and customer‐centric individual with strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
the CRC will be responsible for managing the entire service repair process, from initial customer inquiries to order fulfillment and post‐sales support.
This position requires a regular in‐office presence at our Monterrey, MX location.
