Customer Service Associate (Airport) - Up to $2350 p.m. | Full-time

• Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions
• Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining and retail options
• Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
• Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
• Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level and above
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds
• Willing to work rotating shifts
