Job Description
Working within the Customer Service team, this role will be responsible for executing the CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL operational plan for Customer Service. The role will work cross‑functionally across the organization, aligning internal stakeholders and customer needs to deliver exceptional service levels and support the growth of our brands (Valmont, l’Elixir des Glaciers & Storie Veneziane).
Additionally, this role will ensure efficient order management, accurate invoicing, smooth logistics coordination, and proactive communication with clients. Given the highly cross-functional nature of the position, strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and the ability to solve issues efficiently are key. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager.
