  • Permanent Full Time

  • Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm (Monday to Friday)

  • Competitive base salary

    • As the first point of contact for customers at our Townsville branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

    You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email

  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing

  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, breakdowns, portable toilet pump runs

  • You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment

  • Liaising with suppliers to support our customers
