- Route customer quote requests (RFQs) for Sales by:
- Setting up a new customer master file for prospects
- Creating Epicor quotes with all lines and quantities
- Organizing and uploading RFQ contents into the Customer Supplied documents folder
- Creating and managing Docushare collections
